Indiana Jones and The Great Circle: Vatican Necropolis

I had the pleasure of working on the Vatican Necropolis for a short period of time.

I took this section from blockout to final with Ivan Martinez. My work included the visual design and exploration of the tunnel spaces with Dan Mihaila and Ivan Martinez, all modelling and texture work, prop work for set dressing and closing out the space.
The walls are midpoly meshes, reduced to a level that worked for us, and then tiling materials were applied and blended.
The amphorai and broken pottery and some ground meshes were all done by Ivan Martinez, along with all the crypt rooms and central light structure in the large room, and some addin meshes for the wall modules were provided by Ayi Sanchez.

This was a hige team effort, thank you so much to all involved

The ground work was acheived with a set of baked ground addon meshes that blended with the underlying materials to create more shape and depth.
